Patient not visible on administration page

If you cannot see a patient on the administration page/grid, check the following:

1. Ensure that you are not in a round, you should be able to see a green "Start Round" button in the top right corner of the administration page:
   
   
   
   If you are in a round that you do not want to finish, you can click on the "Show all residents" button to display all patients without leaving the round:
   
   
    
2. The patient may have been marked as offsite. Search for the resident and open their chart, If they have been marked as offsite, there will be a "Resident Offsite" tag visible next to "Medication Chart":
   
   
   
   To remove the offsite tag, refer to the Temporary Absence article.
    

3. On the medication chart, check below the date of last review. If you see the text "This resident self administers", the resident will be excluded from the administration page. To remove this, you can click Edit, unselect "Independently Self Administers all medications" and save.
