If different pharmacies dispense for your client on different days, then this will need to be set when adding a new medication to the OST tab. If there is only one pharmacy supplier, this selection will not appear.
- Click on the Edit button.
- Click on Add Pharmacy.
Add a pharmacy and save. To edit the pharmacy supply days, at any time without re-charting use the Pharmacy Info/Days button on the chart.
- This information can also be recorded in the chart as Extra Information. This will be immediately visible on the chart, however, there is no functionality behind this.
Click on Edit to do so.
Important Note:
The chart drives all other functions and interface information. There must always be a current addiction services medication on any given day so the pharmacy can record administration.
If you need to make a change to a future date, then set a future stop date for the current dose.
Do not stop the current dose today and set a future start for the next dose or the pharmacy will not be able to record an administration in the interim.
