Open the resident’s chart & Click on Create E-Script,
Select which parts of the chart you want an eScript for, if required you can vary the period of supply.
The chart details will display, and the input fields for eScript are on the right. Total number of days’ supply, (mandatory for all medications) quantity per dispense, units and number of repeats (mandatory for CDs), If you wish to exclude an item then untick the checkbox on the right.
Click Generate e-Scripts And Save, The script will have all the details and NZePS barcode for pharmacy scanning and dispensing. A copy will be saved into the client documents tab for 90 days. You have the option to Print or view.
