- Open the client's medication chart and click on Edit.
- Remove the Addiction Services tag by click on the red X under monitoring tags.
- Under Prescribers type in the GPs last name in the search box, if the GP is not on the list, then select Unknown Prescriber.
- Change the Pharmacy to Residents Choice by clicking on Add Pharmacy
Save the changes.
