- From the dashboard click on Addiction Service.
- Click on the day you want the dose withheld and a blue tick will appear, and the action options will appear on the right-hand side.
- Click on Withheld.
- Enter a comment and click on Save.
- An additional empty box below your action of withhold will display. This allows for the pharmacy to record administered if you release the dose to be given later that day.
- Create a note for the pharmacy by clicking on Go to Chart.
- Select Notes.
- Click on Add New Note.
- For the subject choose OST Message and enter the message in the content box, then tick Notify Pharmacy and then Post.
To inform the pharmacy to release the dose a new note needs to be created.
