Bulk script generation can be done by prescribers or by clinic staff for prescribers to check and authorise. When generated by clinic staff no eScript bar code is applied. This is added when checked by the prescriber.
Scripts are barcoded as single page scripts and are signature exempt.
Clients with more than one pharmacy supplier will have multiple scripts generated, one for each pharmacy with the doses and days the medication is to be dispensed. This will pre-populate from the data entered by the prescriber when the OST medication was charted.
- Click on Addiction Services from the dashboard.
- Click on Bulk Script.
- Select the Cycle,
Select the prescribers,
Click on Seach Clients Scripts Not Generated. - Tick the top tick box for all the clients to be selected or tick one by one.
- To review the chart, click on Show before ticking,
- Click on Generate e-Scripts,
- A list of client names will be generated. Click Print All if you want to scroll and double check the generated scripts. Clicking on Request History will display the generated scripts.
- Search Clients Scripts Not Generated - shows all clients who have not been scripted yet during the selected cycle
- Rescript Clients This Cycle - shows all clients within the selected cycle, regardless of whether they have been scripted or not
- Bulk scripts are generated in blocks of 30
