Ward (Imprest) stock orders

Facilities can order ward (Imprest) stock via MediMap. The order comes to the pharmacy via MediMap and is processed by pharmacy as per your current management of these orders.  

1. Click on Orders Requiring Action from the dashboard.
   
   
    
2. Click on the name of the order
   
   
    
3. Click on the blue Order Name to open and view the details.
   
   
    
4. The quantity can be manually changed, if the quantity is reduced then the Add to Backorder button will become visible to create a backorder of the balance.
   
   
    
5. Once all lines are actioned click on Return to Orders Page.
   
   
    
6. Orders will appear in Orders Actioned by Pharmacy.
   
   
    
7. If you need to change a quantity before delivery, you can do this by clicking on the name of the order in this list and clicking on the Make changes to this Order button.
   
   
    
8. When stock is received by the Facility the order will shift to Orders Completed by Facility and records the date and time when the stock was checked in.
   
   
    
9. When a backordered item arrives, action this for supply in the Backorders tab.
