Packed options

This functionality is only available under the pharmacy login. 

Medications can be marked as:

• Packed Together
• Packed Separately
• Not Packed

1. The default is Not Packed, to change this option click on No and then choose another option. 
    
    
2. Select an alternative option.
   
    
3. If items are marked as Packed Together then they will appear together for the care staff when administering and will show YES under the Pkd column.
   
   
    
4. If items are marked as Packed Separately then they will show as SEP under the Pkd column. These items will not appear in the MediMap pack check function as this is typically used for short-course or PNR medications. 
   
   
    
5. MediMap automatically organises medications within the resident's chart based on packing status:
   • Packed together medications will display at the top
   • Non-packed or packed separately medications will display below
