Changes shown will be updates to medications such as new, edited or stopped, new admissions or discharges and in AU ARC facility chart changes and eScripts.
- From the dashboard click on Changes.
2. Filter by all facilities or a facility area along with Un-Processed, All or Processed for Checking.
3. Select if the medication is to be packed or not by clicking on No.
4. Select either Packed Together or Packed Separately.
5. Select Edit to show non-material change.
6. Changes can be No Brand substitution or a change to the dose time.
7. Some changes made may require authorisation by a prescriber and this will create a medication recommendation.
8. Select Checked to mark the changes as processed.
9. Scroll to the top of the page and select Processed for Checking, this view will show the processed change and can be marked as Checked.
10. The change will be archived and can be viewed from the Historic Chart Changes Report.
