Go to the MediMap Login page.
- Enter your facility/pharmacy username and password. This is the same login for everyone who works at this facility/pharmacy.
- Upon successful login on the first page, you will then be taken to the second login page where you enter your personal login details. It will say the facility/pharmacy name and User Login.
Enter your username and password and click continue
You are now logged in to MediMap
Note: If you enter your login details incorrectly three times in a row, this will lock your account.
You will need a manager to reset your password to regain access to your account.
