When the incorrect username or password is entered three times in a row, the account will be locked.
Below are the steps on how to regain access to your account.
Facility Staff
For any staff working in an aged care facility or pharmacy you will need a manager to reset your password for you.
Prescriber
To regain access to your account you need to reset your password.
- Go to the MediMap Login Page and click Password Recovery.
- Enter your username in the required field and click Recover.
- A pop up will appear to confirm the email the recovery link is being sent to.
- Click send and check your email inbox for the recovery email.
- Click the link in the email.
- You will be redirected to set a new password.
Your new password must include:
- At least 10 characters
- An uppercase letter (A-Z)
- A lowercase letter (a-z)
- A number (0-9)
- At least one special character from the following - ! @ # $ % ^ & * ( ) - _ = + [ ] { } ; : ' " , . < > / ? \ | ~ `
Facility/Pharmacy Manager
- Go to the MediMap login page.
- Enter your facility/pharmacy login details on the first login page.
- On the user login page enter your username, once entered click away and the Recover password option will appear.
- Select Recover Password.
- Enter your username into the required field and click Recover.
- Go to your email and open the email that was sent from MediMap.
- Select Recover, this link will take you to the password reset page.
- Set your new password and click Save.
Your new password must include:
