How to Login - Prescriber

1. Go to the MediMap login page.
   
   
2. Enter your Username and Password into the relevant fields.
   
   
3. The login page will then require you to enter your PIN. 

4. Enter your PIN and click Login.

    

Note: If you enter your login details incorrectly three times in a row, this will lock your account.
You will need to reset your password to regain access to your account.
