Log into the Help Centre from the MediMap website https://medi-map.zendesk.com/hc/en-au or by clicking on the Help Centre icon.

The main page displays tabs for quick access to the videos, quick reference guides, release notes etc. You can also use the search function to find what you are looking for.

To submit an online request, click on Submit a request in the top right-hand corner. Choose from the drop-down list of requests, these requests will be automatically sent to the MediMap Support Team.

To see your ticket history click on the Sign in button in the top right-hand corner.

Enter your Email and Password. If this is the first time you are logging in then you will need to setup an account, click on Sign up.

Once logged in, click on the drop-down next to your name for the following options:
- Profile – click to edit your profile, view your activity and comments.
- Requests – click to see the tickets you have submitted and their status. You can open a ticket by clicking on it to see the ticket comments and add a comment. If a comment is added to a solved ticket, it will become active again. Some users will be able to access their organisation tickets requests. You will need to contact Support if you require this access,
- Activities – will display any article comments you have made,
- Contact details – update your contact details.
Important Note: Always submit a new ticket by an online form or contacting the MediMap Support Team via email or phone if you have a new issue that needs to be resolved.
